PURPOSE: An optical apparatus is provided to be capable of generating no error of a measured value although an external impact is forced and of preventing damage of each assembly part by an external impact. CONSTITUTION: A base(12) is configured to support an optical system(11). A shaft part is installed at a lower part of the base and is configured to shift an upper base. The shaft part is fixed and coupled to either one of the shift part and the base and includes a shaft(15) and an elastic member(19). The shaft(15) is configured to penetrate the base or the shift part so that the base is moved upward and downward. The elastic member(19) is guided by the shaft and is placed between the shift part and the base.
