PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skin care preparation having high moisturizing effect and synergistically improved in rough skin ameliorating effect and the effect of ameliorating skin-aged symptoms such as wrinkles. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation is obtained by including a combination of an extract from a Kigelia DC. plant (preferably Kigelia africana (Lamk.) Benth.) with at least one ingredient selected from cell potentiators in common use such as various plant extracts, ceramides, yeast extract, nucleic acids and hydroxyfatty acids. |
