<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera capable of taking a photograph hardly influenced by camera shake by giving a warning so that a user who does not pay attention to camera shake by call his (her) attention to holding even when such a user uses the camera in a situation that a user who does not know that the photograph out of focus is taken because of a camera shake in the case of photographing, exists. SOLUTION: In this camera, an acceleration sensor and an image sensor for range-finding are utilized to be used as holding check for judging camera shake, thereby a shake in the XY direction is detected. Then, the moving amount of the camera is exactly calculated while dealing with a dark scene and a low-contrast scene according to output from the image sensor, and in the case of judging that the shake state of the camera causes a camera shake phenomenon on the photograph to be taken, a photographer or the user is warned of it within or near the finder of the camera or on the front surface of the camera at need.</p> |
