PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flowing water changeover mechanism at a low cost, which has a valve mechanism allowing the user from a child to an adult to cut off water with constant pressure, and a structure of self-cleaning dirt of a changeover operating rod, and is excellent in both water-saving effect and hygienic effect and durability, and to provide a faucet fixture having the flowing water changeover mechanism, at a low cost. SOLUTION: According to the mechanism of the faucet fixture, a fixture is attached to a faucet outlet, and the changeover operating rod with a packing is arranged in the fixture so as to be operated in every direction from the outside of the fixture. Then, a magnetic adsorbent is attached to an inner tip of the operating rod, and a magnet is arranged at an axial center so as to be suitably spaced away from the magnetic adsorbent.
