PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and quickly perform rescue activities and fire fighting upon occurrence of an accident inside a wind tunnel in a road structure capable of preventing local damages in living environment in and around the road by insulating the noise and diffusing exhaust gas upward of automobiles traveling on the road. SOLUTION: The road structure comprises the road 1, the wind tunnel 2 installed on the road 1 and having opening parts 20 and 21 in the both ends, and guides 3 provided at prescribed intervals apart in the traveling direction in the front part side of the automobile. The side wall parts in the both sides of the wind tunnel 2 are provided with prescribed number of air feed holes 27 and outlets/inlets 29 and the crest part of a roof part in an intermediate part is provided with a stack 28. The roof part of the wind tunnel 2 is provided with prescribed number of opening/closing windows 200 at equal intervals. The guide 3 is provided with a guide part 30 upward inclining to the traveling direction of the automobile and a passing hole part 31 for allowing the automobile to pass.
