METHOD FOR DISPLAYING DATA FILE CONTENTS OF COMPUTER

PURPOSE: A method for displaying data file contents of a computer is provided to display file contents of a data file related to an application program conveniently. CONSTITUTION: If a mouse point is positioned on an application program icon in a background screen of an operating system and the right button of the mouse is clicked(S1), a pop-up menu having a file selection item is displayed(S3). If a user selects the file selection item(S5), a plurality of folders having searched data files is listed in the pop-up menu(S7). If the mouse point is positioned on a data file out of the listed files and the right button of the mouse is clicked(S9), an application program corresponded to the selected data file is operated(S11) and a file contents screen of the data file is displayed(S13).
