PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded paper tray with the sense of quality in which the use of plastic material is reduced. SOLUTION: In the molded paper tray having a flange part (13) on a tip of a side surface (12) with an upper surface having the area larger than that of a bottom surface (11), a composite sheet (1) with a thermoplastic resin layer (4) stacked on one side of a paper (2) with an isocyanate resin impregnated as a chemical (3) is heated, and molded by any one of the compressed-air molding method, the vacuum molding method, the vacuum compressed-air molding method, and the pressing method with the thermoplastic resin layer (4) on an inner surface side.
