PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrostatic capacitance measuring method and an apparatus capable of controlling measurement level differences between lines in the electrostatic capacitance measuring method and the apparatus. SOLUTION: In the electrostatic capacitance measuring method for arranging a plurality of channels in parallel and performing measurement, in the case of making signal frequencies for measurement in measuring lines different from one another and performing the measurement, the measurement by the measuring frequency of another channel is performed when the measurement is performed by each line. On the basis of the results of the measurements, level correction is performed between the lines. As a result, it is possible to control the measurement level differences between the lines.
