PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pre-treatment equipment for a leakage test that can prevent the diffusion of helium gas from a leakage point before the leakage test with eliminating a measuring error by the helium gas absorbed on the surface of an object to be tested and additionally reduce a testing time. SOLUTION: An object S to be tested is accommodated in a bombing tank 11 and the helium gas is pressurized and encapsulated in this bombing tank 11 by a means 14 for feeding gas, and the helium gas is submerged on the leakage point of the object S. Thereafter the helium gas is accelerated during passing a rectifier grid 18 arranged to face the piping 17 with putting the object S between the piping 17 and the rectifier grid 18, and then collided to the object S to be exhausted when the gas in the bombing tank 11 is exhausted via a piping 17 arranged to face to the object S accommodated in the bombing tank 11.
