PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the zero-point precision of gyro signals by providing an out of operation period at a rise-up portion of a detecting reference signal of a subsequent-stage detector. SOLUTION: The signal processing method obtains a gyro output (18a) having high original-point precision by a constant out of operation period (T) of a rise-up portion of second detecting reference signals (Ref2a, Ref2b) based on a plurality of frequency-divided outputs obtained by dividing the frequency of an oscillation signal (fm).
