PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the efficiency of works required for anchor test, especially for pull out test and load test. SOLUTION: The test equipment 1 is assembled on a slope 2 while centering about the tendon 4 of a test anchor and the pull out/load test is performed at first. In this regard, a tensile load is applied to the anchor by operating a hydraulic jack 41 through a hydraulic pump 20. Ground reaction to the tensile load acts on a reaction unit, i.e., duckboards 11 and a reaction plate 12. From the view point of load test, the anchor functions as the reaction unit while the duckboards 11 and the reaction plate 12 function as a loader and an upper load is applied to the reaction plate 12. Consequently, the load is applied to the ground through the duckboards 11 and the reaction plate 12. Upon occurrence of a shift between the axis of the anchor and the force applying direction during test, the axial shift is adjusted appropriately by means of an adjustable ram chair 43.
