PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device that further reduces power consumption and saves energy by improving the radiation efficiency of a condenser and a radiating pipe serving also as the condenser both constituting a refrigeration cycle of the cooling device. SOLUTION: The cooling device connects a compressor, a cooler and the radiating pipe formed in several folds so as to serve also as the condenser between a discharge side of the compressor and an inlet of the cooler. An inlet side pipe spacing A of the radiating pipe 11 is set wider than an outlet side pipe spacing B (A>B). An inlet side high temperature portion of the radiating pipe 11 where a refrigerant is in a gaseous phase is provided with a radiating means of a wide radiation area ensuring a larger radiation effect than in the outlet side.
