PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is difficult to render an ethylene- unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or its ionomer antistatic by incorporating an integral antistatic agent thereinto. SOLUTION: An ethylene-based polymer composition comprises (A) 100 pts.wt. polymer component to be selected from (A1) an ethylene-unsaturated carboxylic acid copolymer or its ionomer and (A2) a composition having the above copolymer (A1) as the major component and other polymers and (B) 0.1-10 pts.wt. mixed component of an alkylsulfonic acid salt and a polyoxyethylene alkyl ether.
