PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyisocyanate curing agent having excellent solubility in a nonpolar organic solvent, a low viscosity, and excellent compatibility with a pigment, an additive or the like used when formed into a coating material, and useful for a two-pack curing type urethane resin-based coating material, an adhesive, a textile-processing agent or the like. SOLUTION: This polyisocyanate curing agent comprises a polyisocyanate mixture obtained by reacting (A) a polyisocyanate having two or more isocyanate groups bonded to carbons of an aliphatic hydrocarbon with (B) a 6-20C monoalcohol, and removing unreacted components, and having 400-1,000 number average molecular weight. The proportions of nitrogen atoms of an allophanate group, an isocyanate group, a urethane bond, an isocyanurate group and a uretedione group are regulated so as to be >=40%, >=40%, <=10%, <=5%, and <=5% respectively.
