PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a primer having excellent adhesion to a coating material without requiring the removal of a wax on a cured surface, and enabling a drying time to be shortened and the efficiency of construction to be considerably improved, and further to provide a coated product hardly causing a separation phenomenon, and hardly causing environmental pollution. SOLUTION: This resin composition comprises (A) a polyester acrylate having an active hydrogen group in the molecule, and a (meth)acrylate group at the terminal, or an unsaturated epoxy compound having the active hydrogen group in the molecule, (B) an ethylenic unsaturated monomer having a (meth)acryloyl group, and (C) a polyisocyanate group.
