PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a caster fitting structure which can be easily tightened/ loosened without using any tool. SOLUTION: A shaft rod 25 erected from a base end part 23A of a fork 23 to support a caster wheel 42 from a lower end thereof is inserted in a caster fitting cylinder 22 fixed to a wheel chair body, one or two or more rubber sleeves 27 and 28 are externally fitted to the shaft rod 25, and a cap nut 32 is screwed to an upper end screw groove part 25A of the shaft rod 25 to press and compress the rubber sleeves 27 and 28. The rubber sleeves 27 and 28 are inflated in the radial direction and pressed against the rod shaft 25 and an inner circumferential wall of the fitting cylinder 22, and the shaft rod 25 of the fork 23 is fixed in the fitting cylinder 22. Thus, the cap nut 32 can be turned by hand to easily tighten/loosen the caster fitting structure.
