PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible copper-clad laminated sheet which shows a sufficient mechanical strength and at the same time, outstanding heat resistance, workability and adhesive properties, especially a superb solder heat resistance. SOLUTION: The flexible copper-clad laminated sheet has an adhesive layer formed on one side or both sides of a polymer film and a copper foil laminated on one side or both sides of the polymer film through the adhesive layer. In this flexible copper-clad laminated sheet, a resin composition constituted of a polyimide composed of a specific dianhydride esterate and a specific diamine and an epoxy resin is included in the adhesive layer.
