PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor part water-proof structure for a bath room capable of simplifying the assembly of a bath room, and improving the water-proof processing. SOLUTION: A water-proof pan 30 forming a floor face of the bath room is provided with a water-proof sheet adhesion face 36 on which a water-proof sheet 22 is adhered, and a finishing member contact face 35 on which a finishing member 24 is abutted, on an edge rising part 33 of the water-proof pan 30, further a finishing member supporting part 37 capable of placing a lower end of the finishing member 24 is formed on a lower end part of the finishing member contact face 35, and a foundation material supporting part 38 capable of placing a lower end of a plaster board 21 is formed on an upper edge part of the water-proof sheet adhesion face 35. Whereby the water-proof sheet 22 is provided with an approximately flat uninflected continuous face on the surface of the water-proof pan 30 and the plaster board 21.
