Described herein are a container for pressurized fluids (1) and a corresponding method of fabrication. The container (1) comprises a body (2) provided with a mouth and formed by a multilayer wall made of plastic or synthetic material (2). Inside the inlet there is inserted a terminal element (4), on the outer surface of which there is defined at least one depression (4B, 4C); on the outside of the mouth there is fitted at least one annular element made of shape-memory alloy (5, 6), in a position aligned with respect to the depression (4B, 4C). The wall is locally deformed at the mouth, towards the inside of the depression (4B, 4C), via an action of radial tightening produced by the annular element made of shape-memory alloy (5, 6). <IMAGE>
