PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide footrest mounting structure that can easily adjust the position. SOLUTION: A shaft rod is fitted through a footrest support post 51 with a diagonally cut upper end, and a nut 52 with a diagonally cut lower end is screwed to a tip helical groove part 47A of the shaft rod. A cam lever 48 having cam shape 48A at the root end is pivotally fixed to the root end of the shaft rod, and the footrest support post 51 is inserted in a pipe-like footrest support beam 9 of a wheelchair body. When the cam lever 48 is rotated, the cam shape 48A presses the footrest support post 51, and the force of tending to move along the diagonal shape is generated to the footrest support post 51 and the fixed nut 52 to easily and firmly fix the footrest support post 51 with the side face brought into pressure contact with the inner peripheral wall of the footrest support beam 9. When the cam lever 48 is rotated in a loosening direction, the footrest support post 51 can slide in the footrest support beam 9 to adjust the position without a tool.
