PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find out a nonslip of an umbrella which sufficiently exhibits the nonslip effect even if the umbrella is wet with water. SOLUTION: This umbrella is formed by attaching a polymer which is soft and hydrophilic and is provided with a friction resistance property on its surface to the front end of the umbrella.
