MONOCLONAL ANTIBODY WITH PRDV AS ANTIGEN AND PRDV DETECTIVE KIT USING THE ANTIBODY AND METHOD FOR PREPARING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish a technique for easily and quickly detecting PRDV infection using a monoclonal antibody with PRDV (panaeid rod-shaped DNA virus) in a virion state as an antigen. SOLUTION: The monoclonal antibody with infective PRDV in a virion state as the antigen, a PRDV detective kit using the antibody, and a method for detecting the PRDV, are provided, respectively. A method for preparing the monoclonal antibody comprising mass-refining the PRDV in a virion state as the antigen without carrying out a pelletization by recentrifugation in the virus refining step is also provided.
