MUSHROOM CULTIVATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mushroom cultivation method preventing an undesirable influence upon the environment through controlling the amount of a medium material discharged from a mushroom cultivation and capable of stably producing mushroom through effectively using resources. SOLUTION: This mushroom cultivation method comprises filling in a container a medium material obtained by mixing a base material such as sawdust with a medium additive such as rice bran followed by adjusting the water content, and raising mushroom by a prescribed cultivation process to harvest it. The medium material is prepared using a granular base material made of a plastic material and filled in the container. The mushroom is harvested by going through the prescribed cultivation process, and then the base material is separated from the medium material scraped out from the container and the separated base material is newly used as the base material of a medium material to cultivate mushroom.
