PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover device for preventing the contamination of the operation part of an endoscope, having sanitarily high safety preventing the contamination of the operation part even if a filthy liquid is leaked from the cap connected to the pipeline opened to the leading end of an insertion part to be arranged to the operation part. SOLUTION: The cover device is provided with the cover 1, which is formed from a flexible material so as to cover the operation part 10 and has holes 4, 5, and 6 bored therein to protrude the end openings of the caps 21, 31, and 41 to the outside, and cap fixing members 22, 32, and 42 for fixing the cover 1 and the caps 21, 31, and 41 so as to protrude the end openings of the caps 21, 31, and 41 o the outside of the cover 1 from the holes 4, 5, and 6.
