PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool which can thin a face by applying a load on the face. SOLUTION: This tool is put on the both ends of a mouth. The mouth is widened sideward by the resilient characteristic of a shape-memory alloy or a steal spring or the like of the part (1). A load is applied on the cheek and the whole face when one closes the mouth using the mouth or cheek muscles. As a result, one can remove superfluous flesh and thin the face. The parts touching the ends of the mouth are covered with plastics, paper, cotton or the like to prevent a skin wound and abrasion such that this exercise should not cause any damage. The weight is not too heavy such that it can be used without a burden in a daily life such as during housekeeping, driving, or leisure time. The load applied on the cheek is strengthened by opening the mouth sideward widely with this tool and closing it with the mouth or cheek muscles.
