PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydraulic massage machine with a safety nozzle safe with simple constitution. SOLUTION: This hydraulic massage machine with a safety nozzle has a storage tank 1 and a circulating piping line 7. The circulating piping line 7 has jet guide piping 8 connected in a communicating manner to a discharge port 5 and constituted to be longitudinally movable and rotatable in the storage tank 1. A rotating mechanism 48 for rotating the jet guide piping 8 is provided so as not to contact a flexible membrane 3. A jet nozzle 9 for jetting liquid toward the flexible membrane 3 is provided in an eccentric position from the rotational center of the jet guide piping 8 and constituted to move and rotate a liquid jet position in the length and width directions of the storage tank 1.
