PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outer body providing a comfortable feeling of wearing while preventing a fluid from leaking sideways from a humor absorptive article such as a sanitary napkin by coming in close contact with the inside of the thigh of a wearing person. SOLUTION: A crotch part 18 of a shorts body 10 of sanitary shorts is provided with the auxiliary member 40 held between crotch cloth 19 and napkin mounting cloth 22. When wearing the shorts body 10, the parts, provided with cushioning materials 47, 47, of the auxiliary member abut on inner crotch parts 61a, 61a. When a fluid leaks sideways from the sanitary napkin 50 mounted to the napkin mounting cloth 22, the fluid is stopped by the auxiliary member 40 and prevented from leaking to the outside of the shorts body 10.
