PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking type body warmer improved in the use value while being able to heat a stuck face at two different high and low heating temperatures with one sticking type body warmer, breaking the common knowledge of a conventional sticking type body warmer formed to apply one heating temperature to the whole stuck face when stuck to the required part of the body. SOLUTION: At least one opening part 5 is bored in a stuck face side sheet 2a of a gas permeable inner bag 2 formed by storing and wrapping an exothermic mixture 3, and a metal plate piece 6 is attached to an adhesive applied face 4 of the sheet 2 at the outer periphery of the opening part 5 to close the opening part 5. When the sticking type body warmer is used and stuck to the required part of the body, the heated face by the metal plate piece 6 is heated at a higher temperature than a heated face by the surrounding stuck sheet 2a.
