PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organ deformation quantization method having excellent accuracy and simplified calculation, by which a research can be conducted in real time. SOLUTION: This invention is relating to a method of obtaining three- dimensional deformation of an organ spread in a three-dimensional space deformable with time from at least two data sets [DS(t1),DS(t2)] indicating points on the organ and corresponding to the time [t1,t2] at which the deformation of the organ can be discriminated. Correspondence between points in the data sets is decided. The method uses a definition of a concept [Pi] defining a clear equation [EQi] of the deformation of the organ including unknown parameter [PARi(t1,t2)]. The unknown parameter is calculated for each equation [EQi] and the obtained clear equation [EQi] is then used [EXT] for defining the deformation in the three-dimensional space [DEF3D(t1,t2)] by using a weighting function defined for respective points of the space.
