PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method enabling simultaneous hypodermic or intramuscular injections into local parts of a human body or the like at a time and in a dispersed manner, and a needle device for use therein. SOLUTION: The needle device comprises a base 2 having therein a medicine chamber in communication with a cylinder 21 via a connection 8, and a group of needles 3 placed upright on the front surface of the base 2 and in communication with the medicine chamber. The base 2 is constructed of a bottomed cylinder part 4 with the group of needles 3 protruding therefrom, and a lib part 5. The bottomed cylinder part 4 may be detachably integrated with the lid part by engaging an external thread on the outer peripheral surface of the lid part with an internal thread on the inner peripheral surface of the bottomed cylinder part; the end position of the group of needles 3 may be set at a plurality of axially different levels; or the connection 8 between the cylinder 21 and the base 2 may have a fixing means for use during connection. |
