PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further improve the usability of a wash-counter by allowing the leg part of a wheelchair user to be put into the lower side inner part of the wash-counter while shortening the distance between the wheelchair user and a recessed part for storing water in the wash-counter. SOLUTION: In this wash-counter, a wash recessed part 3 integrally formed with a surrounding wall part 3w and a bottom face 3b is provided on the upper face of the counter, and the wash recessed part 3 is provided with a drain port 31. Projecting parts 37 for legs with the bottom face position raised by lifting the lower face of the wash recessed part 3 are formed at the wash recessed part 3 from the lower left and right sides of a front wall part 35 toward the inner direction of the wash recessed part 3. Further, a front recessed part 36 with the bottom face arranged in a lower position than the bottom faces of the projecting parts 37 for the legs is formed between the right and left projecting parts 37, 37 for the legs from the substantially lower center of the front wall part 35 toward the inner direction.
