PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water cleaning cartridge attaching device which is easily replaced in an attachable/detachable manner by one hand operation. SOLUTION: An inlet side connecting port 14 and an outlet side connecting port 15 are installed on a device main body 11 so as to correspond detachably to an inlet plug 34 and an outlet plug 35 of a water cleaning cartridge 26. The water cleaning cartridge 26 is held at the position being connected by both the plugs 34, 35 with both the connecting ports 14, 15 through a cum part 41 by rotating operation of an operation lever 38 installed at the main body 11. A locking mechanism 42 constituted of a locking claw 43 in the device main body 11 whereby the operation lever 38 is locked at the holding position of the water cleaning cartridge 26.
