PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a guide wire which can attach a high X-ray contrast substance under a state wherein dropping off is surely prevented from occurring, by a simple work. SOLUTION: The distal end side of a flexible section 15 of a core wire 11 is made a marker-attaching section 19. Then, a coil as a marker 31 having an inner diameter which is larger than the outer diameter of the attaching section is fitted on the marker-attaching section 19. A section which is projected from the coil is mechanically deformed into a sheet form. Then, an excessive section is cut, and thus, a fastening section 21 which prevents the coil from dropping off is formed. |
