PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a posture improving band which not only forcibly corrects postures but make a user learn good limb positions, i.e., correct arrangement of musculoskeletal systems. SOLUTION: The posture improving bond 1 has a right shoulder clamping band, left shoulder clamping band 20, a right foot clamping band, and left foot clamping band 40 which are capable of extending and contracting. A right shoulder hanging section constituting one end of the right shoulder clamping band is hung on the right shoulder, the left shoulder hanging section 20A constituting one end of the left shoulder clamping band 20 is hung on the left shoulder, the right foot clamping section constituting one end of the right foot clamping band is hung on the right foot and the left foot clamping section 40A constituting one end of the left foot clamping band 40 is hung on the left foot, respectively. The respective other ends of the left shoulder clamping band, the left shoulder clamping band 20, the right foot clamping band, and the left foot clamping band 40 are converged to one point facing the navel of the front part of the human body and are bonded to each other to constitute a central bonding point.
