PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a managing system of a resistivity-adjusted water producing apparatus which can effectively support the stable production of the resistivity-adjusted water by adequately instructing a maintenance shop to replace and replenish an ion exchange resin, carbon dioxide gas and the like corresponding to the operation states of the resistivity-adjusted water producing apparatus. SOLUTION: There are provided a state monitoring device for monitoring the operation states of the resistivity-adjusted water producing apparatus, a managing center for collecting the operation states detected by a state monitoring device through a specified communication line and a database stored in the managing center and previously registered with the specifications of the resistivity-adjusted water producing apparatus. A maintenance shop is instruct to replenish and replace consumables by judging the necessity for replacement of the consumables such as active carbons, the ion exchange resins and carbon dioxide in the apparatus from the operation states of the apparatus by reference with the database in the managing center.
