PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compensate disturbance of phase information caused by the fluctuation of a static magnetic field strength even in the case that a measurement time interval of NMR signals changes. SOLUTION: A magnetic resonance frequency f1 of a static magnetic field space is measured before executing an image pickup sequence (step 1), then the image pickup sequence S is executed and respective magnetic resonance signals and the measurement time are stored (step 2). After the image pickup sequence is executed, the magnetic resonance frequency f2 is measured (step 3), a phase change amountΔθ0 of the magnetic resonance signals in an execution period of the image pickup sequence S is obtained on the basis of a differenceΔf between the magnetic resonance frequencies f1 and f2 (step 4) and the phase change amountsΔθn andΔθsp at the measurement time of the respective magnetic resonance signals are obtained by proportional distribution on the basis of the phase change amountΔθ0 (steps 5 and 6). On the basis of the proportionally distributed phase change amounts, the phase information of the respective magnetic resonance signals stored in a memory is corrected (step 7).
