摘要

The invention relates to the use of special antibodies optimised by phage- display of optimised antibodies against GPIIb/IIIa for combined inhibition o f fibrinogen to platelets and the vitronectin binding to endothelial cells for therapy and/or prophylaxis of vascular clusion. The invention also relates t o the use of said antibodies for inhibiting angiogenesis or/and for inhibiting the metastasis of tumours or/and for inhibiting intimal hyperplasia followin g vascular damage.
