PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flag raising game with an enhanced game property by setting a degree of difficulty of response exchange in addition to response exchange between the game and a player. SOLUTION: This flag raising game is constructed of dolls A and B and a controller. The doll A is provided with a command unit giving a command for raising/lowering a flag, while the doll B is provided with an operation unit for raising/lowering the flag. The controller is provided with a plurality of keys. When the player selects and operates the key in response to a voice command, the doll B is operated to raise/lower the flag according to an IR signal, and at the same time, the doll A determines whether the operation of the doll B is true or false for playing the game. If a function of the doll A is provided in the controller, this game can be played only by the doll B and the controller.
