FIELD: manufacture of blended solid propellants. SUBSTANCE: technology of manufacture of charges of blended solid propellant with predicted characteristics includes mixing of components of blended solid propellant to produce fuel mass without hardener and catalyst in key mixer, selection of parts of produced fuel mass into small mixers, addition to them of different portions of hardener and catalyst, their blending and manufacture of specimens of charges. Obtained results are used to add hardener and catalyst into key mixer, to mix and to discharge of produced fuel mass into moulds. EFFECT: development of technology of manufacture of charges of blended solid propellant with predicted characteristics allowing parameters of charges to be predicted more accurately. 2 tbl |
