FIELD: transport engineering. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wheel holding devices mounted on axle-shaft of vehicle. said vehicle contains frame in which axle shaft is secured. device leaves sufficient clearance to preclude road hazards and do not interfere with movement of wheel at normal running of vehicle. Proposed has framework secured on vehicle frame passing before wheel along outer side of wheel and behind the wheel to leave lower part of wheel naked to provide contact of wheel with road and to hold wheel close vicinity to its initial point of mounting with possibility of gripping the wheel and carrying it together with vehicle when separating wheel from axle-shaft.
