FIELD: agriculture, sheep raising. SUBSTANCE: the suggested method deals with sheep raising due to transplantation of embryos with valuable genotype. Method for synchronization of estrus in recipient ewes against donors deals with artificial estrus inducing in recipient ewes at desired quantity at established day of embryo transplantation due to 2-fold injection of estrophan at 7-8- d-long interval between injections. Recipient ewes demonstrate estrus 72 h after the second injection of estrophan. The present method provides obtaining planned quantity of recipient ewes with estrus on transplantation day. EFFECT: higher efficiency of synchronization. |
