FIELD: separation of suspensions, emulsions and sewage water treatment in field of centrifugal forces. SUBSTANCE: jet hydrocyclone for separation of suspensions, emulsions and purification of sewage waters from finely divided impurities of solid and liquid phases has cylindrical body with inlet pipe tangentially inclined relative to device axis, upper draining pipe, receiving chamber of thickened fraction with discharge pipe, cylindrical-conical ejector with deflecting rings. Cylindrical body accommodates insert with helical rectangular channel extending from upper inlet pipe to receiving chamber of thickened fraction. Width of helical channel equals height of inlet pipe, and its depth equals about 1/3 width of inlet pipe. Helical channel lead is equal to about 1/2 inner diameter of cylindrical body. Output section if thickened fraction is regulated by helical motion of ejector whose cylindrical part carries screw conical member engaged with insert helical channel. EFFECT: extended field of application of jet hydrocyclone by process and physico-chemical initial parameters of separated mixtures and purified sewage waters. 3 dwg |
