METHOD OF PROCESSING STRETCHABLE FABRIC OF LONG AND SHORT CONJUGATE YARN USING LATENT CRIMP FILAMENT YARN

PURPOSE: Provided is a method of processing a fabric which is woven and dyed with a long and short conjugate core yarn to express crimp characteristics peculiar to a latent crimp yarn. Therefore, the fabric has excellent stretchability, soft feel and elastic recovery as compared to the fabric woven with a conventional yarn or a spandex yarn, causes little or no sagging in the manufacture of a garment and reduces a process loss rate during dyeing. CONSTITUTION: A final greige fabric using a latent crimp yarn as a core yarn and a staple fiber spun yarn as an effect yarn is desized,firstly heat-treated at 150 to 190deg.C to provide uniform inner heat distribution, dyed. And it is then secondly heat-treated at 150 to 190deg.C. The final greige fabric is obtained by weaving with a long and short conjugate yarn having a total count number of 10 to 40. The latent crimp yarn is a filament yarn with a mono denier of 1 to 3de and a total denier of 30 to 100de.
