PURPOSE: An air and moisture permeable polyurethane film composition is provided, which shows the antibacterial, sterilizing, deodorizing and antistatic effects by employing a nano-sized silver material. CONSTITUTION: The air and moisture permeable polyurethane film composition comprises 70-98 wt% of an air and moisture permeable polyurethane; 20-200 ppm of silver particles or colloid; and 1-10 wt% of other additives. Optionally the polyurethane film composition comprises further a pigment to obtain various colors.
