PURPOSE: An intelligent water temperature regulator is provided to easily set the temperature of water mixed by cool and warm water in a one-touch method and to set mixed water by a remote controller and a control panel. CONSTITUTION: An intelligent water temperature regulator is composed of cool and warm water temperature sensors(22,23) detecting the temperature of water inside cool and warm water pipes(20,21), cool and warm water automatic control valves(24,25) opened and closed to the temperature of mixed water set in advance according to the temperature detected by cool and warm water temperature sensors, valve driving devices(26,27) driving the opening degree of cool and warm water automatic control valves to the temperature of predetermined mixed water, a control unit(30) transmitting a signal, which controls the opening degree of cool and warm water automatic control valves, to valve driving devices to make data detected from cool and warm water temperature sensors to the temperature of pre-set mixed water, and a mixed water closing and opening valve(28) mixing cool and warm water discharged to cool and warm water automatic control valves and discharging mixed water out.
