PURPOSE: A liquid discharge dispenser having a check valve is provided to drink contents in a container conveniently through the discharge induction unit expanded to a predetermined length. CONSTITUTION: The dispenser(1) comprises: a main body(100) of an opening bonded in a discharge direction of a liquid container; and an opening(110) having an operation unit(111) of a predetermined size formed above the main body(100) of the opening and a coupling device formed on the outer ring. A vertically operable discharge induction unit(200) extended into the container to a predetermined length is assembled based on the operation unit(110) formed above the opening. The dispenser is provided with a check valve(400) which is opened at a predetermined pressure and is closed when the pressure is released.
