PURPOSE: A flexible electrode equipment for cochlear implant is provided to easily fabricate the electrode structure through a semiconductor process and be stably positioned in the implant by having a sufficient volume. CONSTITUTION: A metal electrode pattern(40) together with a lower insulation layer(32) and an upper insulation layer(31) is formed on a substrate(10) through a semiconductor fabrication process. Elastomer(60) supports the electrode pattern, attached to the lower portion of the substrate. The substrate is composed of a plurality of partition walls that are disposed in parallel and separated from each other by a predetermined interval.
