PURPOSE: A device for automatically unbuckling a seat belt is provided to make a passenger easily escape a vehicle in a fire or an overturn by automatically unbuckling a seat belt. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically unbuckling a seat belt comprises a seat belt buckling device(10) buckling and unbuckling a seat belt via a release button, a vehicle speed sensor(30) sensing the speed of a vehicle, a shock sensor(20) sensing the shock of the vehicle, a water sensor(40) sensing the flow of water into the vehicle, a fire sensor(50) sensing the occurrence of a fire, a control unit(60) outputting a signal for automatically unbuckling the seat belt with response to the input of a signal from the water sensor or the fire sensor, and an actuator(70) automatically unbuckling the seat belt corresponding to the output signal of the control unit.
