SHOCK ENERGY ABSORBING STRUCTURE OF INTEGRATED BUMPER COVER FOR VEHICLE AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: Shock energy absorbing structure of an integrated bumper cover for a vehicle and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent the breakage of a bumper cover in a collision or a crash by integrally injecting a shock absorbing reinforcing member. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing reinforcing member(16) is integrally formed at the intersection of a horizontal rib(12) and a vertical rib(14) inside a bumper cover(10). The shock absorbing reinforcing member is filled in the space prepared between the bottom face of the vertical rib and the upper face of the horizontal rib and in the space prepared between the bottom face of the horizontal rib and the upper face of the vertical rib. The volume of the space filled with the shock absorbing reinforcing member is increased backwardly.
