PURPOSE: An apparatus for preventing entangling of looper wire is provided to prevent large facility accident and improve productivity by installing wire induction roll at wire drum to prevent entanglement of the wire and detecting entangling of the wire, thereby removing entanglement of the wire by unwinding the wire again. CONSTITUTION: In an entry looper tower comprising a wire drum(5) for ascending or descending a looper carriage connected to the wire(6) by winding or unwinding a wire(6) along screw thread formed on the outer surface of the wire drum(5), the apparatus comprises a wire guide roll(11) on the outer circumferential surface of which a screw thread close adhesively rotating along the screw thread formed on one side surface of the wire drum(5) is formed to prevent entangling of the wire(6) being wounded; a fixed stand(15) which rotationally supports both ends of the wire guide roll(11) through a guide roll rotating block(13) and is equipped with a compression spring(14) on the outer circumference of a fixing bolt for fixing the guide roll rotating block(13) to give restoring force to the side of the wire drum(5) during entangling of the wire(6); a wire entangling sensor(17) installed on the side surface of the fixed stand(15) and operated as a touch bar for the guide roll rotating block(13) to sense entanglement of the wire during entangling of the wire(6); and a wire entangling prevention control process part for stopping line and controlling operation so that the wire(6) is unwounded again when the wire entangling sensor(17) senses entanglement of the wire.
